Foundation

African Equality Foundation is a UK based charitable organisation that stands for inclusion and empowerment of Multi ethnic LGBTIQ+ asylum seekers and refugees.

Since the early days of LGBTQ activism, people of colour have been at the forefront of the fight for equality. In many parts of the world, this struggle is still ongoing. One Community where LGBTQ activists are making major strides is the African community in the UK.

The African Equality Foundation was created to address some of these issues. The organisation works to promote equality and human rights for African LGBTQ people in the UK. One of our main goals is to tackle discrimination and violence against LGBTQ Africans. We also work to support African LGBTQ organisations and campaigns.

The African LGBT community has come a long way in recent years, but there is still a long way to go. Activists face news challenges every day, but they continue to fight for equality. With the support of organisations like the African Equality Foundation, we hope to see even more progress in the future.
